Soldering Iron to Shrink Tubing

"I have attached a copy of an application for one of your products although I doubt it is original or new to you, it may be to your readers of the newsletter.

It is very difficult to come up with a low cost way to insulate small terminations as well as have the product stay in place after it has been installed. I have also had problems with corrosion after a relatively short period of time so using your heat shrink with the meltable inside has proven to be perfect for my application.

I have used heat shrink in the past but have never considered using a soldering iron to shrink it. This worked real well for me." — George
